The Album 'Quickening' is completed (for now) musically. I'm doing the
artwork, coinciding with a video single release of 'Saturn
Returned'. I've also recorded a new song called 'When Violenz
enz' with Emma HARPER, who is just on th brink of releasing her
own debut solo album. This will be released in the near future.
As soon as I've done this I will begin work on the new CD. I've
got enough musically to do it now, I just wanted to get a
diferent feel... Probably pretty heavy stuff, maybe a pop song or
two - I dunno. Also work is in progress on an acoustic album of
old and new work .
'Quickening' was recorded in 18 days between Jan
2001 and Jan 2002 at Mandala Studios, Gypsy Hill,London.The post
production was performed at Glastonbury Studios by Craig MARSH
and Paul O'REILLY with the help of the Indivisible network. The
songs, I wrote acoustically over the last few years. I got in
contact with a few people I'd heard play or someone got us
together and I asked if they would play on my album. 'Quickening' is the
result. It was an awesome experience and my very great thanks go
out to all involved.
